Hotmail on iPad

6th gen iPad software version 14.4.

I have Hotmail on this iPad. My inbox disappeared, so I deleted it, intending to re-install.

I keep getting asked to create an account' but I already have an account, I just can't find where to re-install. HELP!? Thanks in advance.
