Lost contacts
I deleted an old work email account from my phone but have lost some of my contacts. How can I retrieve them?

Ask your ex employer if they can export those contacts for you, assuming they still have it in the system.
Those contacts are tied to your work account, or should say you were syncing your contacts to your work email, instead of icloud or your personal email.
