I just got an iPhone 11 Pro Max and I’m wondering why it’s not connecting to iTunes. I have a MacBook and I’ve read numerous of reviews of what people have done and it’s still not popping up on iTunes.

Do you mean when it is connected to the computer via USB? If so, and the MacBook is running the newest OS (macOS Catalina), the phone will pop up in Finder, not in iTunes (which is now known as Music).
