Problem with payment information

Hello,

Message from icloud team:

"Dear Peter,

On December 27, 1919 you will be charged € 0.99 for your 50 GB iCloud storage subscription, but there is a problem with your payment information.

Make sure you update your payment information as quickly as possible. We will downgrade your account to the free 5 GB storage subscription if we cannot renew your subscription.

Follow the instructions below to update your payment information:

1.Go to Settings> [your name]> iTunes Store and App Store.

2.Tap your Apple ID and then tap "Show Apple ID." You may have to log in.

3.Tap 'Manage payment methods' (if you use an older iOS version, tap 'Payment information') and follow the instructions

I followed instructions but i do not understand what the problem is.

There is money on my icloud account.

Can you help me?

thanks.

Peter

Was that an email? If so, it is a phishing email which is designed to steal your Apple ID credentials. Use: Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store – Apple Support for confirmation.

If you actually followed links, or opened attachments, and followed links, you should follow the steps listed in: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support. Also contact your credit card provider and report a compromised account.
