Apple Watch Factory Reset Issue

I forgot my apple watch passcode, I've checked online that I need to reset it completely by holding the power button, the long press on Power.

the issue after holding the power button I cannot press even on the power button it's nit clickable.

It is Apple Watch 3

Apple Watch Series 1 won’t reset I forgot my passcode for my apple watch so I came on here to look for answers. I tried the “hold the side button until you see power off, then press and hold the digital crown until you see reset settings” answer, but when I press the side button til power off appears and then hold the digital crown it just goes back to the lock/charge screen.
