I am currently trying to follow the steps to manually reset my Apple Watch series 3 because I forgot my passcode. I hold the side button until the screen says "power off" and then press in and hold the digital crown but the screen turns off and doesn't give me the option to reset the apple watch. How might I troubleshoot this problem?
