I have tried accepting activity sharing from family and even sharing the activity. It always comes up with a notification saying “error accepting request, try again” I have restarted watch and phone, even unpaired, repaired the watch to accept and nothing

Apple Watch activity Hi there, My Apple Watch has stopped sharing and receiving workout activity with my friends who I have been receiving notifications from for 2.5 years. I have updated my watch on the recent update last week. I have tried to delete a friend and re-connect with them to see if it fixes the problem, however I can’t even delete a friend as I’m receiving an error message. I have confirmed with several of my friends that they are no longer able to view my activity also. any suggestions? thank you

Share activity on apple watch error For the past few days i havent been able to see my friends activity on my watch or phone, their activity circles was just grey. And i only had 5 friends. So i tried to remove my friends and add them again and i get the error message “there was an error sending your activity sharing invitation. Try sending it again.” Ive tried unpairing my watch, signing out of my icloud and restarting both my devices. And the error persists. Both my devices are up to date. any ideas?
