Basically as above. On hols with my new iPad 2019 and could not log into my bank account. iCloud is turned on in all my apple devices. Surely they all communicate with each other?
I have a list of passwords on both the above but my bank account and a few others cannot be seen on my iPad. Anyone know why?
I am now using Catalina.

Choose the Apple Menu > System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud > Keychain

Yes, iCloud is already enabled on iPad and M/air.
