I am using a Macbook Pro 2019, OS is Ventura 13.5.2. All of sudden, I can no longer log into my online bank account using Chrome or Safari. I have cleared the data history from each and have also tried using an incognito/private window and nothing works. Can anyone please help?

For an additional test try using Firefox. Then I would ask if you are using a VPN? If so, disable it and try Safari and Chrome again. Lastly, try booting into safemode which diagnoses and fixes many problems it finds during boot up. Then after which, boot into your default account and test.

Current version is now About the security content of macOS Ventura 13.6.4
Current Safari is About the security content of Safari 17.3
Why do some banks not like Safari?
Have you checked with the bank?
Yes, it is not on their end.
I have Ventura 13.6 and no issues with Chase, Citi, or Vanguard. Also had no issues when I was running 13.5.2.
I can't think of anything that would affect both browsers.
