FaceTime Cell Number

Hi,

Im no longer able to use FaceTime unless on WiFi after the recent iOS 13 update and I’ve even switched to a newer phone to fix this. (6s-8plus) when I go to the settings the phone number is checked but greyed out while the ID and email address are checked and correct. How do I fix this please. Thanks

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

Check Settings -> Cellular and make sure that cellular access is enabled for FaceTime.

The FaceTime settings only control how people can contact you. Whether FaceTime uses WiFi-only or cellular is a separate control (same with other apps)
