I got to restore my data from the last time I 'Backed up' my iPhone data, that was in 12. August. 2019. But all the data from 13. August. 2019, is gone. My apps have been turned back to how it was then, and all the apps I had from August till now is gone. Is there any way to restore the pictures, notes, etc..?
If you have backed up from a backup dated 12th Aug 2019 then it will erase everything on your device and make you device as it was on 12th Aug 2019.
