How do I send a large attachment in an e-mail

I am trying to e-mail a newsletter which is 140.4 MB. Mail is showing a maximum size of 28.3 MB. How do I increase the size to send it?

You can't. The size restriction is likely a limit placed by your email server or the recipient's email server.

For a file that large use a cloud service and provide access via a link provided to your email recipients.
