Where can I request a refund of iCloud storage. I mistakenly upgraded the storage. I quickly downgraded back to the free one. But the charge is still pending on my bank account. I’m also not seeing the charge on report a problem. Please help

If you want to request a refund, contact Apple Support within 15 days of the upgrade. Partial refunds are available where required by law
