My ipad pro will only charge when I plug it into my pc’s usb port. It will not charge when using an electric outlet or the usb plug in my car. Why is this happening and how do I fix it? Any help will be much appreciated. Have tried changing cords, cleaning plug, etc.

Did you try the steps for cleaning the lightning port on the iPad in the link you were provided? Just because the cord works with the PC, did you try a different one with the Apple adapter? Is this a genuine Apple cable?
Are you using an Apple power adapter? Have you double-checked the adapter and the wall plug to ensure they are working? Do you have another cable that you can try?
Thanks for the link. I have tried all that. Just really weird that it will charge off my pc but not any other way. It is a new problem. I have never had an issue with charging before. The pad is about 3 years old.
Yes, I cleaned the lighting port. All my cords work with the pc but do not work when I plug them in the adapters. Yes, I am using genuine apple adaptors as well as generic ones. All my adaptors and cords had worked in the past. Now they don’t unless plugged into my pc.

Yes. Cords only work when I plug into my pc’s usb port. When I use the same cord with a variety of adaptors ( including an apple adaptor) to a wall outlet or car usb, it does not charge.
