I bought an iphone but I didn't know it was a stolen phone. it have activation lock too I cant even contact a buyer please help me how I overcome from this

You can't over come an Activation Lock. It is an anti-theft measure. If you can't contact the previous owner, the phone is useless.
You are welcome. Apple will only unlock the phone if you have a copy of the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it.
There is nothing you can do. The phone is worthless.
