Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

a couple of days ago, I have backed up my iPhone 7 onto my computer. Then I formatted my iPhone and now when I tried to restore the backup files with iTunes to my iPhone it fails again and again. I have tried much but nothing and worried that I am gonna loose all my information. I don’t have iCloud backup.

We could certainly help you better if we knew the exact details of the failures. What happens? What are the exact words included in any error messages?
It says unknown error occurred and iTunes failed to write on or read from iPhone
