Problem with my credit card

I have on YouTube music subscribed, on dec 23 at night it tried to charge 4.99 $ as it happens every month. But this transaction was canceled by bank, because I have not enough money on my card. On dec 23 in the morning I replenished the card, so that’s enough money to pay for the add. But now it appears that I have some problem with my card and asks me permanently to enter my password of Id and change my payment info. But I have enough money to pay now on this card, and don’t want to change it. Please unblock my card and charge the payment

Apple ID payment information - If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
