Change Scan quality on Iphone
How can I downsize the quality of iPhone Scan so it will take less space on icloud ? Thanks

Just to verify, are you're using the built in option for scanning documents, as seen here:
How to scan documents on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using the Notes app - Apple Support
If so, there are no individual quality adjustments you can make for a particular scan. If you're using a third-party app to makes these scans, you will need to see if that particular app allows for quality adjustments.
