My new iPhone 11 is stuck with a spinning circle below the words "Install Now" after I pressed the "Install Now" button. What do I do? It has been like this for hours. I even stopped the transfer on the old iPhone SE, but that didn't do anything in terms of advancing the update on the new phone.

I had the same issue. Had to reset the new iPhone and start over. This time I didn't walk away during the update, like I did before, and let the phone time out. It's transferring the date now from my old phone. Hope this helps!
Same issue here except my screen is black.
