My smart keyboard is not working. I did multiple hard resets and checked the connections on the 3 dots on the side. Any other suggestions?

Smart keyboard not working Smart keyboard not working. I have change the batteries and examined any debris in the connectors. There is a green light that comes on above the battery indicator and then flashes to white. Any help you can provide is appreciated.

smart keyboard issues I cannot keep my Smart Keyboard working. I bought new keyboards, thinking that maybe the others had worn out. Still same problem. I disconnect and reconnect my keyboard at least a dozen times a day. It is beyond annoying. What is the fix????
