ECG on Apple Watch in Israel

Hi,

I purchased an Apple Watch series 4 and I cannot activate the ECG functionality in it because my region isn't supported.

I live in Israel, is there any way that I can activate the ECG function in it? When will the activation of ECG will arrive in Israel and more countries?\

For the ECG app to work on your watch the ECG app has to be approved by

A. the government of the country in which the watch was bought and

B.the government of the country in which you reside.

Israeli goverment haven't approved it yet and only they know when they will.
