Smart Watch

When watch asks for your new Apple ID and you press the pic of a keyboard the watch says to complete it on your phone. But nothing shows on the phone— a keyboard or way to enter Apple password. How do I enter the password?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 10

On your phone go into your profile page and sign out at the bottom of the screen then sign back in again.This should pass the signed in info to the watch and hopefully stop asking for your password.
