It appears that, whether I have “send as SMS” turned on or not, if I text someone via group message, or just to them directly, I am unable to send SMS messages. This is a pretty big concern as many of my team, and my clients, have android devices and I’m unable to trust that they’re delivered or not.
Is there something else I’m missing, perhaps?

Thank you @ria36, unfortunately it does not seem to be related to any of that. iMessage is on, it originates and works with my phone number, I have tried sending SmS to android phones after enabling and disabling "send as SMS", I have also tried disabling, soft resetting, then enabling iMessage, with no results. Could be carrier related I guess, since it's MMS?
