No audio for iTunes movie downloaded on iPhone

The purchased movie (Toy Story 4) has audio in the extras but not the main movie. I have removed and reinstalled three times and I have restarted phone twice and the issue persists. How can I fix this issue?

I can only hear them I have a 11 inch 3rd gen ipad with the most recent 15.0.2 update. I’ve tried closing the app and restarting the ipad. Nothing has worked. iTunes film in watchable due to sound being out of sync Some films have audio out of sync with the film making it un watchable. Please can someone from Apple tell me what the issue is? I’m on a 79mb connection so this is not the issue. Thanks

Try contacting iTunes Support about the film
