I have three devices that are all linked to the same I tunes account/I cloud and I need to separate them and each of us have our own account.
How do I go about doing this ? It s my I Phone X my husbands I phone X and my daughters Iphone X

You can log out of a store account on a device by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on it, and you can then log into a different account - anything downloaded by an account is permanently tied to that account, so only that account can download updates to its apps etc.
Similarly you can log out of and account via Settings > id > iCloud, Settings > FaceTime, Settings > Messages
