I am not able to connect my iPhone or other wireless devices to my home WI-FI.

I am not able to connect my iPhone or other wireless devices to my home WI-FI. I keep getting a blank white captive.apple.com screen with nowhere to enter credentials. I have tried rebooting my router and devices. The Apple support site describes captive as way to login to public WI-FI in a coffe shop or whatever, but this is in my own home. Help!

Hi LPax11,

It seems you're having trouble with Wi-Fi, and I want to help.

Are you choosing your correct SSID? Make sure you're not choosing your Guest Wi-Fi for your router.

Try following through all the steps here:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support

You also want to make sure your router has the optimal configuration:

Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support

Good luck.
