All my music and playlists got deleted from my Ipod Nano while tryng to sync!

So I got a new laptop. I downloaded the iTunes app. I connected my ipod nano to my laptop. I went into my ipod, then I went to Setting-Music-and then pressed sync. So then all my musi on my ipod nano got deleted! I can't restore it back! How can I restore my music onto my ipod Nano?

Hello,

Correct, when you synchronize an iPod with a new computer it will erase any previously synchronize content. You will need to import your music from your old computer to your new computer and then synchronize your iPod again. There is no way for you to recover your music.
