I would like to get my iPod classic back into circulation for my mom. Haven't used it in a few years, but it charged back up and I see I have a lot of songs on it I would like to wipe and give to her clean. However, when I connect to my iMac with USB, it is not recognized in Finder or iTunes
It says it is version 2.0.4 Mac
my iMac is running macOS Catalina 10.15.2
Check for fluff in the docking port or try a different cable. Mine is working with Catalina.
