Missing Mail Junk Mailbox

I have several email accounts and in Preferences, Mailbox Behaviors, all but one account show "Bulk" mail as a designated server option. There is a Junk mail option under On my Mac. Device: MBP, OS High Sierra (v10.13.6), Mail (v11.5).

All but one account open like this:

These are my options when I click on the tab: I've erased identifying information.

In the side bar, there is a Junk mailbox showing on the server for every account. Only one "On My Mac" account in the sidebar has a Bulk mailbox. I've tried to delete this mailbox but I get this response:

I also have an IMac running OS SL with an older mail program (v4.6) that has access to the same accounts. Every account on the Imac on the On My Mac sidebar has both a Bulk and a Trash Mailbox. It has a Trash and Junk box showing on the server. The only Junk mailbox behavior option is to store junk on the server. No accounts have this option checked. I'm not sure if this is creating a conflict.

Any insightful response is greatly appreciated. I still can't find a designated "mail" forum. Thank you.

No Junk boxes show up on the server, just "Bulk" as shown above. All accounts are IMAP. I've done rebuilds before, and just tried it again to see if it offered any changes. Still stuck with the Bulk Box server option in the Behavior drop down list (Junk option On My Mac) but under the server Inbox list, there is a Junk Mailbox above the Trash box. On the IMac the Junk box is below the Trash box. Must have been one of those not so obvious Apple changes!

Now if I could only get ASC sign in to remember me!

Thanks again BDAqua! Heck, I got an ASC award during this exchange!

glad I can help, where do we stand on you needing further help?

BDAqua,

Sigh. Well, I thought that, perhaps, you had solved this for me.

Two "new" Mail issues have appeared that you may be able to solve.

One, if I open mail on the MBP all accounts open on line. If I then open Mail on the IMac, only some accounts open. A warning triangle appears with an explanation point. Not every account has this. If I close, and then reopen mail, the symbol(s) may or may not be there and possibly on different account. This happens on the MPB as well if I open mail on the IMac first.

Second, and more important to me is that now, when I send mail, I get a CC on the server inbox account but I get a "sent" BCC copy in the "sent" On My Mac mailbox and not in the server sent box which is where they used to go.

As a test, I just now tried it again and the sent copy, on the IMac, went to the server sent box. Both Mail apps are open. On the MBP the test mail went to the server inbox, the server sent box and the On My Mac sent box.

I'm afraid that I've opened a Pandora's Mail Box! When you have the time and you're not helping others, any ideas would be appreciated.
