MacMini 10G Port Lockups

Hi,

I'm running a MacMini 2018 with Mohavi (10.14.6) with the built in 10G Marvell NIC (Apple AQC107-AFW version 1.0.63). The system is connected at 1Gbps to the local switch. I've had a few instances where the NIC drive seems to completely and silently lock up. It happens infrequently about one a month or so. The system is normally active all the time and is not normally rebooted.

To recover I have to either reboot the system or unload/load the AppleEthernetAquantiaAqtion.kext module. Other network interfaces on the same machine continue to work fine and don't exhibit this problem. I have a USB FE adapter also in use for a secondary network connection which continues to work while the 10G interface is inoperative.

Anyone else run into anything similar or any tips of how to debug/diagnose this issue further?

I've looked into the system logs but can't seem to find any NIC driver related errors around the same time.

Many thanks for any help.
