How can I edit the synsopos app and where is it?

Hi, I recently upgraded my Cubase music DAW and a pop up asked me to accept synsopos to access documents. I did not know what it was and rejected it thinking it was malware. Unfortunately it was a vital component to allow Cubase to work with Mojave but looked really bogus. I have tried to fix this by editing the automation section in the Privacy settings in System but I cannot find synsopos anywhere. Is it possible to edit the synsopos preferences anywhere and if so where can I find it. Finder and spotlight and a manual search have drawn a blank.

thank you

Hello,

Just to be sure, did you follow exactly the instructions from the link bellow?

You don't see Cubase at all under the Automation tab?

Also, this popup happens after the update to Mojave when you start Cubase for the first time. Did Cubase worked before you upgraded it?
