Close running apps?
When I swipe up on an app it doesn’t close it just goes to the background to recently used apps should I then force close these apps or not worry about them?

To add to what FoxFifth said, it actually uses more battery and power to have to restart these apps again than it does to leave the in suspension with the recently used apps. The iPhone and iOS intelligently manage RAM on the iPhone and will remove apps from memory if more is needed.
