Cannot use cellular network iphone7!!! Errors 0xe8000014, Setup failed 6753

Spent hours trying to fix this and still nothing. Cannot make or receive calls. Done everything I can find including a full system reboot and nothing helps. Updating the OS overnight did not work.

I have sick family and cannot use my PHONE!!! THANKS APPLE! YOU'RE THE WORST.
