Refreshing Background Apps

I find it troubling that on my iPhone I can't allow only one or two Apps to refresh in the background. It appears as if it is all or nothing. This is a problem because i would like NOMOROBO to refresh in the background but not all of my other Apps. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Can this suggestion be forwarded to Apple?

Yes , you can control which app(s) refreshes in the background. You can even control whether the app(s) can background refresh on WiFi only or WiFi & Cellular.

Go to Settings --> General--> Background App Refresh

From there you can either turn off Background App Refresh entirely or pick and choose which apps you want to refresh in the background.
