Extremely slow internet speed on iPhone 7

Ever since I got my iPhone 7 in late 2018 the internet speed has been very very slow. I tested my internets speed with another device and I got 20mb/s and with my iPhone 7 I get 1-3mb/s. It has been very unbearable and it did go away when I was on one of the iOS 13 betas then it came back after in a newer version. What do I need to do to fix this problem? All my other iOS devices work just fine and this one doesn’t.
