how do I add apps to a child account
Started an account for my child today under family sharing. How do you add apps, and share music we have purchased through apple?

If you have added her to Family sharing and have subscribed to Family Apple Music then automatically she has access to all music for age, based on your age restriction set on Screen Time restrictions
Regarding app download, you need to download each app as you would do for any iPhone except you need not purchase again.
