Boot Camp Assistant has encountered a problem “an internal error has occurred”

I am trying to use Boot Camp Assistant to create a partition but I receive an error message "An internal error has occurred". I don't know what to do. I have an iMac 27inch retina late 2017 and use Catalina.

The iMac used to have a 1TB fusion drive, but I had it changed with a 256 GB SSD. The MacOS Catalina is installed on the 256GB SSD, whereas the 32 GB SSD from the Fusion Drive is unused.

Is there any possible way to resolve the error and use Boot Camp to install Windows 10? I appreciate any support.

Yes, you seem to have a 'split' Fusion drive. I suggest starting at How to fix a split Fusion Drive - Apple Support. If that does not work, we can manually rebuild it. I strongly recommend a Time Machine backup before you start fixing the issue.
