Why are my photos and videos from Snapchat really really blurry on my camera roll ?!

Are your photos blurry when you use the camera app on your iPhone or is it only limited to Snapchat?

If your photos with the Camera app are clear then you may have an issue with the Snapchat app. If the cause is the Snapchat app then you will need to contact the support team at Snapchat.
