What's the best antivirus package to cover Mac, iPhone
I have a Mac Air, an iPad and an iPhone. What would be the best Antivirus package to cover all three?

Generally, none. Any such removal software on the Mac is only useful if you're careless about what you download or are concerned about Windows malware; for an iOS device, Apple's sandboxing wouldn't allow it to scan other applications or the system.
