the connected display is not authorized to play protected movies

I have an Iphone 7 plus, IOS 13.3. Trying to watch a TV programme from this phone to my Samsung UE40MU6400 TV (Samsung 6 series 40). I can mirror my phone to the TV but when I try to play the TV programme, I get the "connected display is not authorized to play protected movies" error message. The connection is wireless, not cabled. Whilst there are various answers to this problem on here, many are over 5 years old, most deal with Itunes not TV+. Any help would be appreciated.

It wouldn't be in the spec sheet as it was something Manufacturers added to particular models via a firmware update.
