I received the email below at 3:30 am today. I have not opened the attachment and I have tried to forward it to the report phishing email, but it comes back to me as undeliverable. Any idea as to what this actually is????

You are not alone. We are seeing quite a few reports of that spam reporting link failing. Are you in the US? For a time it appeared the failures were experienced by people in countries lacking an official Apple presence, but I'm fairly certain that would not apply to an AT&T customer.
