Safari "Customize" Pop-Up Window

Every time I fill out a form on Safari, I get an Apple pop-up window offering my contact details. It's frustrating as it often blocks the boxes I'm trying to enter information into. How can I stop this?

Popups in Safari I am often getting popups (see attachment) when I search something in Safari. It is like a small insert screen giving me a short description of the subject, with links to websites. It is not a big deal on my iMac, as I can click to the side and get rid of it. But, when it happens on my iPhone or iPad I do not have that option and cannot go any further, unless I click on the link, which does me no good. Does anyone have an idea how I stop this from happening? Thanks!

Safari issue with a "pop up" Why does the following "pop up" frequently when I am using Safari? “5008235715115937309” wants access to control “Safari”. Allowing control will provide access to documents and data in “Safari”, and to perform actions within that app. I have always clicked "Don't Allow" except once when I accidentally clicked "OK". Very annoying to be forced to turn the webpage down when you're in the middle of some work. What is the purpose of this message? Message: (This webpage uses a lot of memory. Try going to Safari/Preferences/AutoFill and uncheck Using information from my contacts.
