Every time I fill out a form on Safari, I get an Apple pop-up window offering my contact details. It's frustrating as it often blocks the boxes I'm trying to enter information into. How can I stop this?

Try going to Safari/Preferences/AutoFill and uncheck Using information from my contacts.
