Safari documents and data

Hi. Safari documents and data are taking up 35GB of internal storage on my iPad. I have tried to delete website data, browsing history etc. It has been on there for over a month so doesn’t look like it will be automatically deleted as some previous posts suggest. Help me! Please! I am running out of storage :)

Hello,

This may account for files that you downloaded in Safari. Check your Downloads folder in the Files application and the Recently Deleted section within Files.
