with a MacBook Pro with a Butterfly keyboard. I DO NOT WANT THIS KEYBOARD WHICH IS DEFECTIVE!!
Just like the standard warranty, the AC+ part still has very specific qualifying rules. You cannot just get things replaced under AC+ because you want them replaced.
If you have issues you want addressed by Apple, then I suggest you contact Apple directly and escalate the issue to more senior management at Apple.
Check your local consumer laws to see if they may provide assistance to you since these laws do vary by region. In the US you may be able to use the Lemon Law after your computer has been repaired three times for the same issue.
If you do not want a laptop with a butterfly keyboard (I don't blame you as I hate them myself), you can either get the new MBPro 16" model which uses the old style keyboard, or wait until later in 2020 when the other laptop models get a hardware refresh where they should get the old style keyboards as well, or you can purchase a non-Apple laptop.
