Apple Care Warranty

I have an issue in my MacBook Pro Keyboard, they seem to be having butterfly key mechanisms issues. But my mac have a small dent at the bottom, will apple let my keyboard get repaired?

Now I have at least 2 keys that are detached completely and constantly fall off and a few other keys that are feeling like they are going to fall off and not attached anymore. Apple Care and The Butterfly Keyboard red[placement program My MacBook Pro and Apple Care program were purchased late in 2017. It has the Butterfly kyeboard and typing with it is a nightmare. It has been "repaired" twice at the Apple Store under the butterfly keyboard replacdement program. The problems continue as bad as they ever were. Apple technicians insist that it is now working correctly (PERHAPS FOR THEM, BUT NOT FOR ME). Doesn't the Apple Care program cover replacement of defective products? How should I proceed??

MacBook 12 inch keyboard Dear all, I have a dispute with service center about is my case covered by Apple Warranty for Butterfly Keyboard or not. May be someone could take a look at my keys photo and advise are there any membrane damages or not? The thing is I can not find any photos of keys with explanation.
