Why doesn’t this phone allow me to block my contacts? When I go into a contact and scroll to the bottom, the option Block This Caller does not exist

Your iPhone will allow you to block contacts. There are several ways to do this however I believe that the method that you are looking for is this-

Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts scroll to the bottom of the

screen, then tap Add New. Then tap the contact that you want to block.
