CMD and Option keys switched on Logitech K380. How do I switch them back?

First, some background: I just installed Windows using Bootcamp on my MacBook Pro 16 inch. After the installation, my Logitech K380 automatically connected to Windows without me having to do anything.

After I restarted on macOS again, I noticed that the CMD and Option keys on my Logitech keyboard have been swapped. I already opened the modifier key settings pane, but on that, the keys are correctly mapped. (see screenshot) I tried the "restore defaults" option for good measure, but that didn't do anything either.

What do I do to switch them back? I'm assuming this might have something to do with Windows.

MacBook Pro 16", macOS 10.15

It looks like the problem has resolved by itself. All good for now.
