iOS 13.3

Since updating to IOS 13.3 I’m having issues with email loading on both IPhone XR and IPad Mini 3. The email shows on both but won’t open. If I delete from one device or save to a folder it doesn’t move from the inbox on my other device. Also having an issue in Safari with websites not being able to click through.

Cant' Read Email on iPhone I am having trouble getting email messages to open. My inbox is taking several minutes to update. Once that is done, when I select a message, the spinning wheel appears and it takes about ten to twelve minutes for the message contents to appear. I am not able to see my emails on my iPad and it want let me go from one email to another email I am unable to see my emails on my iPad. The email appears frozen. I can’t go from one screen to another.

Update to iPadOS 13.6 results in emails marked as unread Last night I updated my iPad to OS 13.6. Since then, when I open an email in the Mail app the email remains marked "unread", forcing me to mark the email as "read". I can open an email and just use the "next/previous message" buttons to move back and forth between all emails; regardless, all mail that was marked as unread remain marked as unread even using this method. I have not updated my iPhone or iMac just yet, but I cannot replicate the problem on the iPhone. Suggestions/recommendations? Many thanks!

Reboot (or what Apple calls Force Restart) your iPhone. See this link for instructions --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

It is a generally good idea to use this procedure after every iOS update.
