New iPhone, all my apps are hung at loading...

I just got a new iPhone 11 Pro.

I had an iPhone X.

I did the standard transfer from my old phone to new phone.

Now *every single app* is stuck on "loading...".

I've tried logging out, logging in, power cycling, and nothing changes.

I've tried pausing each app, and then long-click and selecting Prioritize Download.

That has worked for a few apps, but not most.

Seems like a system-level and/or App Store bug.

Help!

I cancelled download for every app that did not react to Pause/Prioritize Download.

Unfortunately that deletes the app from my phone.

But after doing that to 3-5 apps, I seem to have unblocked the App Store.

And now apps are downloading and installing.

There is a bug there somewhere for Apple to fix.

But I got my problem solved.

I'll have to go back to my old phone and compare the home screen layouts to see what apps I have to re-install.
